The Fire and Rescue Association (International) cordially invites you to the International ERT Conference 2025, taking place on December 12-14, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University, Nakhon Nayok, Thailand.

This conference brings together Emergency Response Team (ERT) from ten nations—India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, and Thailand—to exchange knowledge, showcase life-saving equipment, and explore innovations in emergency response.

Key highlights include:

• Demonstrations of firefighting, rescue, and medical response techniques

• Drone technology applications for disaster monitoring and communication

• Counter-terrorism strategies for hospital safety

• Cultural exchange programs and networking opportunities

Participants will also experience local cultural and natural attractions, strengthening bonds across international emergency response communities.

Friday, December 12, 2025

12:30 PM        Registration (for both ERT Thailand and International participants)
                    and snack box pickup.
1:00 PM         All participants board the bus at Chonpruek Resort, Ban Na District,
                    Nakhon Nayok Province.
1:10 PM         The bus departs for a study tour to Wat Maneewong.
1:30 PM         Arrive at Wat Maneewong.
                     – Visit the “Naga Cave”, also known as Wang Rattana Manee Mahanakorn
                       Badan Nakarat. This large cave represents the four great Naga families
                        and is surrounded by numerous attendants. Inside, you’ll find exquisitely           
                        crafted stucco sculptures of Nagas, as well as the principal Buddha
                       statue of Phra Rattana Manee Maha Badan and the beautifully adorned
                       Phra Sri Ariyamettrai, where you can pay respects and make wishes.

– Explore the Wat Maneewong community market to shop and sample
                       local food and souvenirs.                               


4:00 PM         Participants board the bus and depart for Phu Ta Lueng Cafe.
4:30 PM         Arrive at Phu Ta Lueng Cafe.
                     – Enjoy the scenic views and atmosphere surrounded by mountains and
                       take memorable photos of the evening.
                     – Have a cool drink from a wide selection.
5:30 PM         Participants board the bus and depart from Phu Ta Lueng Cafe.
6:00 PM         Arrive at the accommodation, Chonpruek Resort, Ban Na District,
                     Nakhon Nayok Province, for free time at your leisure.

                              – Assistant Professor Thitinut Dilokhuttakarn, M.D.

                                 Director for HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center.        

                                (as the host), will deliver a welcome speech.

                              – Watch a video on the history of the HRH Princess Maha Chakri
                                Sirindhorn Medical Center, Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot
                                University.

                              – Pol. Lt. Col. Kanyanee Wannaphasanee, Vice President of the ERT
                                Council of Thailand for the Northeastern Region, will speak on behalf
                                of the President of the ERT Council, explaining the objectives of the
                                ERT Council and the purpose of this conference.

                              – Mr. Kanathat Chantrsiri, Chairman of the Board of FARA Group,
                                will discuss the origin and goals of the FARA Association and the ERT
                                Council of Thailand.

                              – Asst. Prof. Dr. Nanthana Chumchuay, Dean of the Faculty of
                                Medicine, will officially open the conference.

                              – Opening performance.

                              – Asst. Prof. Nanthana Chumchuay, M.D., Dean of the Faculty of
                                Medicine and Assistant Professor Thitinut Dilokhuttakarn, M.D.,

                                 Director for HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Medical Center           
                                will present the Oxy Vest, which has been registered as a utility
                                 model.
